Strength training, good nutrition, and a positive mindset have changed my life and made me a better person. They have made me stronger, more confident, and improved my relationships. Now, I want to share what I've learned with anyone who can benefit from it.
I have been strength training since I was 12 years old and for the past 11 years I have been studying how to help people improve their health and fitness through, exercise, nutrition, mindset, and sleep.
I teach people how to incorporate exercise, healthy nutrition, a positive mindset, and good sleep practices into their lives. I then help them stay consistent, enabling them to achieve lasting health and fitness improvements.
